Partnering sport with leisure is not a new idea but the execution of stylish cafes such as The Rapha café in london is where sports can extend their impact. By understanding the customers interest and how they spend time in a café it could be possible that leisure time can subtly influence participation in sports.

Key to this is the ability to use the knowledge of the customer journey to identify the best points of impact for relevant information or sales related products. This was part of the challenge set to Good Egg when redesigning the fit out of a year round museum at a popular sports ground resulting in a space that better served and promoted the museum and site tours whilst providing a first class retail experience.
